What Is Super Home Warranty?
Super Home Warranty is a subscription-based home warranty service that provides coverage including replacement and repairs for broken home systems and appliances. Super also provides home care services like carpet cleaning, pest control, vent maintenance, HVAC tune-ups, etc.
Super home warranties protect homeowners from the significant costs of unexpected system failures and appliance breakdowns. They offer security for not only your home systems and appliances but also your money and time.
Super home warranty is available in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington, DC.
What’s the difference between a home warranty and home insurance?
Home insurance policies safeguard your house against losses or damages brought on by fire, theft, natural disasters, and other events, whereas home warranties cover appliances and systems that break down due to normal wear and tear.
As such, if you have damaged windows, doors, water damage, etc., a home insurance plan will have you covered. In such situations, home insurance policies cover the structure of your home. In other words, if your air conditioner leaks and damages your home with water, your home warranty plan will pay to restore the AC, but your home insurance pay will pay to fix anything else that was harmed by the water.

Is A Super Home Warranty Worth It?
With Super’s mobile app, it’s simple to schedule services, file claims, and stay on top of household maintenance duties. It is perfect for homeowners who want to simplify home upkeep and repairs. The app is user-friendly and makes doing business with Super easier. Super provides a unique range of home maintenance services in addition to taking care of home repairs.
The disadvantage of Super is that it’s only offered in a few places and that the subscription fees are a little higher than the industry standard. However, the idea of a subscription gives homeowners more control over their home spending.
Super Home Warranty Limitations
Super has several limitations and exclusions to its coverage policy, just like every other home warranty. For instance, Super covers everything of the dishwasher’s mechanical components save for the racks, rollers, and baskets. You can have a better understanding of comparable exclusions for other appliances and systems by carefully reading your contract. Unlike other home warranty providers, Super does not have a long list of exclusions.
Super does not cover things that break down because of abuse, carelessness, prior improper repairs, missing parts, damage from natural disasters, manufacturer faults, and other factors.
The plan you choose and any supplementary insurance you buy will affect the payout caps for Super.
Compared to other providers, the coverage caps are flexible, and some things are covered completely. Super has set the coverage aggregate cap at $30,000. Any sum that is greater than this cap won’t be covered.
How Is Super Home Warranty Different from A Traditional Home Warranty?
Traditional warranties typically give basic coverage and service, and they only cover breakdowns. On the other hand, Super is a subscription service created to help you manage the whole lifecycle of your home, not simply a home warranty. Super can assist you in repairing appliances whenever required, similar to a warranty. Super also provides maintenance assistance to prolong the lifespan of your home appliances and systems.
To assist you with everything from HVAC tune-ups to carpet cleaning, Super also organizes additional household services. Super relies on hiring experts to keep an eye on service quality and give you more information about how services are provided. Super also collaborates with a superior network of service providers making it easier to offer clients top-quality services.
